Process characteristics

The quality requirements in the production of anti-camera are extremely high. The dispensing weight is highly consistent, and the deviation is controlled by ±5%, or even within ±3%. The glue wire joint should not overflow or reduce the glue, and the rubber should not be broken.

Different fluid control solutions are available for different glue properties. Epoxy resin, UV glue uses piezoelectric valve 3581 series, high viscosity UV glue, silicone uses WDP series progressive cavity valve to achieve accurate and controllable volume dispensing.
