    【Job Responsibilities】

1. Be able to independently design BOMs according to various jig requirements, be familiar with mechanism selection, and be able to independently design small jigs;

2. Familiar with using CAD, JDP, CAM350, SOLIDWORKS and other software to design fixtures;

3. Years of design experience in the automation equipment and fixture industry. Be able to skillfully design functional test fixtures, pneumatic fixtures, and non-standard        fixtures.

4. Have good problem analysis and solving skills, and be able to optimize fixture design to improve production efficiency and product quality.

5. Guide the production, assembly and debugging of fixtures, deal with abnormal problems in the process of fixture processing, production and assembly in a timely              manner, and be responsible for the proper solution of abnormal problems of after-sales fixtures.

    【Job Requirements】

1. College degree or above, mechanical engineering, automation and other related majors are preferred;

2. Familiar with product mechanical structure, mechanical component design, material selection, and machining technology;

3. More than 5 years of design experience in the jig industry, project management experience is preferred;

4. Have a strong sense of self-learning and innovation, and be able to continuously learn new knowledge and technologies to adapt to

rapidly changing market demands.

1. Salary composition = actual basic salary + performance bonus + subsidy, comprehensive 10-15k; distribute
